Slippers: Slippers 08

Slippers 08 is the debut album of Slippers aka Madeline Babuka Black for  K Records. It is a perfect reminder of why I’ve always loved K Records as a label. Slippers shares the same DNA of other bands I’ve followed since early 90’s like Beat Happening, Tiger Trap, Heavenly, Half Japanese, to name a few. In true indie DIY fashion, Madeline BB plays all instruments on this short but very sweet album. Anywho, if you like the bands mentioned above give this one a spin, you will be glad you did.
